Delivery times vary based on the item and shipping address. Most ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom or bridal orders may take longer—estimated timelines will be shared during your consultation or on the product page.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel’s journey.

We offer a simple return/exchange process for eligible items. You must file your request through our online portal within 7 days of delivery. Please note, bridal and custom-made items, accessories, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. See our for full details.

Prepaid orders may be cancelled within 2 days if they have not been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Bridal and custom orders are not eligible for cancellation.
